2.4. Your booking confirmation will be sent via email and must be presented at the time of luggage drop-off.

3. Luggage Storage Terms

3.1. We accept most types of luggage, including suitcases, backpacks, and travel bags. However, we do not allow the storage of illegal, hazardous, or perishable items.
3.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their bags are securely packed before storage.
3.3. Items stored with us must be collected within the agreed-upon time. Extended storage may incur additional charges.
3.4. If a customer fails to collect their luggage beyond the agreed period, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including disposal of unclaimed items.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1. Customers may cancel their booking, subject to our cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
4.2. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our stated policy. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the storage period begins.
4.3. Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 8:00 am to 11:00 pm in advance and are subject to availability.

5. Liability & Security

5.1. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of stored items, including secure storage areas and staff supervision.
5.2. While we implement strict security measures, Paddington Luggage Drop is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of stored items unless caused by our negligence.
5.3. Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported immediately upon collection.
5.4. We do not provide insurance for stored luggage, but customers may seek independent insurance coverage if needed.

6. Prohibited Items

6.1. The following items are strictly prohibited from storage:

  • Illegal substances or stolen goods.
  • Explosives, firearms, or hazardous materials.
  • Perishable food items or anything that may cause damage to other stored luggage.
  • Fragile or high-value items such as jewelry, electronics, or important documents (we recommend keeping these with you).

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. Customers must ensure that the information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
7.2. Customers must adhere to the luggage collection deadlines to avoid additional charges.
7.3. Any suspicious or fraudulent activities will be reported to the authorities.

8. Force Majeure
